Overall the location is great in relation to the distance from NYC and to the beach. We had a unit that faced the beach. Unit was clean however, the bed we slept in was horribly uncomfortable. Looks great and fun upon arrival, but soon enough the horrors begin - notice a roach motel on the kitchen counter, followed by smell of sewage whenever you use the plumbing, there's a dismantled fire alarm literally hanging from the ceiling, dirty wash cloths and towels, and hair in the shower!
