My experience with this inn is different from most of the negative reviews. We were in need for a break from NYC and found the Southampton Inn 'worked' for a quick getaway. My wife and I stayed there for 5-days. What a mistake. The lobby seems grand, the location perfect , the bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortabel Temperpedics. That's where the perfection ends....The carpet hadn't been vacuumed in way too long.
