Three years ago, my wife and two of our best friends, started going to the Great American Irish Festival at the Frankfort Fairgrounds nearby. That first year we waited until we got to Utica to try and find a place to stay. Big mistake, as the Fair and the Baseball Hall of Fame induction are the same weekend and rooms are booked early, and are at a premium.
Since our children gave us a B&B voucher the next Christmas, we looked up B&B's in Utica on the WEB. We chose this Manor and were not disappointed. It is a quaint old house with lots of period charm. We arrived before the check in time that first year and found our hosts Marion and Barry to be accommodating. Our stay was homey and friendly and we felt like family right away.
