My husband and I stayed one night at Turning Stone resort in June. My parents invited us to join them as they had free room credits. The resort is very pretty and impressive as you walk in. We were given rooms in the older part of the hotel but the beds were big and the room had a nice view... more

We came to enjoy a concert and have a little fun. We got a room in the high rise tower... all I can say is "wow!" The room was stylishly decorated and very clean and comfortable. But what really got me was the view! We stayed on the 19th floor and we could literally see for miles around us -... more

My daughter and I stayed at Turning Stone in the four diamond Tower for a mother daughter getaway and had a wonderful time. I completely discount any of the other bad reviews as our room was spotless and the staff extremely accommodating. We spent time in Skana, the luxury spa attached to the Lodge, and were pampered royally. If you are... more

I stayed one night at Turningstone on May 9, for a two-day business function. I stayed on the tenth floor; I am not sure if I can tell you which room. The room did not immediately appear to be unclean (apart from a few stains on the floor), although there was a slight odor that seemed a bit odd. At... more

Trade show, very large hotel, thought I was in Vegas except no alcohol served. After a days wk like a drink or 2. They will let you bring your bottle and give you the mixer with no corking charge, which worked out fine. Room was clean, bed comfy. Due to the size be ready to walk a lot to get where... more

I I had a great time at Turning Stone this trip! I haven't been there since August and visited again recently. I arrived at Syracuse Train Station from NYC and requested the Hotel Limo pick me up. The cost wasn't bad at $75 each way and at least I'd get to arrive in style - or so I thought. There... more

I grew up 20 miles from Turning Stone and have been visiting for the last 10 years. This was the first time I stayed overnight. Rumors among family and friends hinted at a casino/hotel that had finally become a respected establishment. Let me tell you, it still has a long, long way to go. My friend stayed at the Lodge,... more

My wife and I visited the Turning Stone Casino last night and were looking forward to a nice meal, some wine and then some gambling. No sooner did we sit down and try to order a cocktail when we were told that the whole place was dry. We could bring in our own wine, but could not order a drop... more

Lobby and casino areas are beautifully done. Marble floors, fancy ceilings, soothing waterfalls, gorgeous flower landscapes. When you arrive you get free valet service and speakers with nice music outside. The lobby has a big fireplace and waterfalls to look at while you wait your turn to check-in. I am normally impatient, but the wait did not bother me at... more

My family just enjoyed a two-night stay at Turning Stone Resort. This hotel casino is not an Atlantic City experience - and that is a good thing. Smaller is better. The entire complex, from the lobby entrance, the casino area, to the luxurious rooms and even the bathrooms - were all immaculate. We were impressed. The staff - from the... more
