We were so psyched to go to Turning Stone on a guys golf trip. Upon arrival everything looked so promising, but I've never seen worst customer service in every aspect of a resort. It was the most horrible experience I've ever had. I'm not normally a complainer, but I just can't sit back and allow people to suffer the same... More

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at the Lodge. Everyone could not have been nicer, very friendly, always asking if they could help, asking if we needed anything. We also used the Skana spa which was wonderful. The massages and facilities there were great. Everything was so nice that we did not want to go home! We also... More

I have stayed at the Lodge almost 10 times and continue to prefer going there for any "getaways" since I live just under 2 hours away. It is worth every penny. The beds (usually get the King room) are like a cloud. The turndown service, with robes and slippers laid out, candy bags, and soothing music on the player next... More

I had a great stay for just one night. The suites in the Lodge are first rate, reasonably priced, and completely operational. The food there is also top drawer. Definitely worth a stay for a specific reason or even a detour off the Thruway for a break in the drive.

I have stayed at the Lodge many times in the past. I enjoy the Lodge and because of the attention to detail, I feel its worth the extra money. I was a little disappointed in this last stay, but not enough that I wouldn't go back. We had a ground floor room, I have never stayed on the ground floor... More

Would like to have a better way to lift hot tub cover off it was very ackward. There should be towels set aside for the hot tub so you don't have to take from the bathroom. It would be nice if guest staying in the hotels maybe had there own line or preferred seating at the buffet. We waited for... More

By far the best hotel I have ever been in. Me and a few friends went for my 20th birthday. The hotel is connected right to the casino, no need to go outside or anything. We arrived, they parked our car for us and we went in and checked in. The check in was very personable, you sit down while... More

Booked a romantic night at The Lodge at Turning Stone. We had a couples massage at the spa at the Lodge. The room is exceptional at the Lodge. This night the lodge was located on the second floor. Our package included breakfast in bed. The breakfast wasn't anything special but it is difficult to screw up scrambled eggs. The bedding... More
