We just came back from our intensive Egypt tour whereof we spent the last 3 days in the very nice Sheraton at Soma Bay. We stayed at The Sheraton after a week's Nile cruise. Was a great end to our holiday to relax after lots of early starts for Nile tours. Food was excellent with a wide variety of choice. Excellent Hotel - The rooms and communal areas were spotless. Variety of food was excellent, all fresh and catered very well for a 'wheat free' diet. The members of Staff were all very polite, helpful and smartly presented. The location was idyllic. Highly recommend this Hotel. more

A very good hotel in a superb location. I may say the hotel is good for anybody and great for those, who are aware of differences between Western and Egyptian hotels. This was our fourth holiday at the Sheraton. It is our favourite holiday hotel for many reasons - but mostly because the staff are wonderful, kind and friendly. On the plus side: Lovely hotel. Simple but gorgeous. Fantastic food every time. Massive pool & wonderful beach. Good service, and instant direct access to the best spa in all of Egypt (Cascades). Returned last monday. We had a very good holiday. Our room was excellent (1160)no seaview, but we did't payed for seaview The beach is very beautiful , a lot of space and the snorkling is very good when there is not to much wind The beach restaurant is ok.(can be a little better)Breakfast and Buffet restaurant are very good special... more

We had just returned from Sheraton Soma Bay and it was the best holliday in the last years. Everything went very well. I have been in Sheraton Soma Bay from 9th to 15th September 2009 and I can say that I was the best stay in Egypt, since Sharm El Sheik this year last June. No problems with the good quality food and the non alcoolic drinks. If someone else loves to drink alcoolic drinks all the time then don´t choose an... more
