Forget the website and the brocuré´s images. This hotel (and chain probably as a whole) spent all their money on marketing instead of on the hotel and staff itself. Been there on honeymoon and had absolutely nothing negative to say... Everything was perfect down to the smallest details, never have we experienced such a level of personal service from the staff...! Can only recommend this hotel and will certainly come back! more
