We spent two nights here in between a safari and heading to the beach in Zanzibar. From the outside, the hotel looks fine but when you actually get to the rooms, they leave a lot to be desired. The rooms are small and dark and have fake silk all over the mosquito net and bed linen which looks rather cheap.... more

Good location in the heart of Stone Town so ideal for sight seeing and shopping. The hotel has beautiful decore but our room looked out over some horrible wasteland. Our shower also had incredibly low pressure meaning that you had to sit down in the bath whilst showering. Breakfast was okay but when they pancakes ran out they wouldn't cook... more
