The reception staff ignore you at first and aren't attentive. One of the staff however spoke excellent english and was very helpful but one out of 5 is poor. My non-smoking room smelt like smoke and the air conditioner cut in and out throughout my stay. The overall cleanliness was poor and the floor left my feet a little black.... more

The Oasis Dead Sea everytime fulfill my expectations. Last time we stayed there for 3 nights and due to shabbat we could extend our stay. Room was spacious and ok, clean. Front desk staff ok. Hotel provides its own spa and has a private beach; everything was close to hotel. I recommend order halfboard accomodation. The meal there is absolutelly... more

This place is awful. Don't stay there. Apart from the reception and the Spa area, the hotel is very old. The rooms are disgusting. The carpet is dirty and old. The TV is probably from the 50ies. The worst thing is that the rooms are very noisy. You can hear your neighbour speaking. Especially the TV noise from the different... more

Just returned from a 3 day stay at this newly redone spa hotel. I chose this hotel based upon what I call misleading advertising, including a distorted image of their spa area( the picture made it look much larger) and by their promises of healthy food and pampering attention. There are many other better hotels in the Dea Sea area... more

My wife and I stayed for two nights in Jan 2007. The Prima has two wings, the "ordinary" bit and the Spa Club. They share a spa but the Spa Club wing has really nice rooms and an excellent lounge just for those staying in the Club side. Unlike most of the other hotels by the Dead Sea the Prima... more
