The Dead Sea Oasis in Ein Bokek is a perfect hotel for every child aged up to 3 years that is used to go to bed at 5pm. The hotel facilities are not available beyond this time. Please don’t forget that as check in begins at 3pm you should make the most of your time at the Spa and swimming... more

The hotel has potential - the location is perfect (by Dead sea beach, plenty of shops/food around, short drive from Masada), there are all right facilities (pools with dead see and fresh water, sauna (dry/turkish), good size rooms, restraunts), good breakfast - so if you just list all those items it looks like an impressive list. But the details are... more

Location to Masada and Dead Sea was great but there were much better options next door. The hotel service could not have been any worse. The spa was mediocre at best... .....Isortel would be our choose if we were to go back. more

Our two days here were a nightmare, beginning with check in and not improving at any point. First, they assigned us a room but gave us a key that was keyed to a different room. Three trips up and down the elevator and dealing with a concierge who didn't speak English later, we finally got a room key that worked.... more

We booked this hotel after finding a special deal on the Internet and looking at pictures on the Prima web site. The hotel is actually two complexes - the Oasis Hotel and the Spa Club, with the spa in the middle of them. We booked two rooms at the Oasis Hotel, which was on special offer for 2 nights (Thursday... more

The reception staff ignore you at first and aren't attentive. One of the staff however spoke excellent english and was very helpful but one out of 5 is poor. My non-smoking room smelt like smoke and the air conditioner cut in and out throughout my stay. The overall cleanliness was poor and the floor left my feet a little black.... more

The Oasis Dead Sea everytime fulfill my expectations. Last time we stayed there for 3 nights and due to shabbat we could extend our stay. Room was spacious and ok, clean. Front desk staff ok. Hotel provides its own spa and has a private beach; everything was close to hotel. I recommend order halfboard accomodation. The meal there is absolutelly... more

This place is awful. Don't stay there. Apart from the reception and the Spa area, the hotel is very old. The rooms are disgusting. The carpet is dirty and old. The TV is probably from the 50ies. The worst thing is that the rooms are very noisy. You can hear your neighbour speaking. Especially the TV noise from the different... more

I booked 3 rooms online for this hotel. When we arrived, the concierge barely spoke english and we had to call our daughter in Tel Aviv to talk to them and help us. They still couldn't find our reservation and ended up putting us in shabby, run-down rooms where even the television was not connected. The service was terrible and... more

We were assigned a room since we were part of a touring group. We got into the room. The bed was made, but there was a cot in the room also. We telephoned to the front desk and explained that we did not want the cot. Come and take it out. They said that they would do so. I called... more
