I have stayed there with my family(3 rooms) We payed 1200shekels (250euro) for a 5 star hotel : food was not great, 80% of the chairs in the pool are broken, rooms are dirty, hallway was dirty and even with a discount of 20% and an upgraded room for the next time I will never stay there anymore!! Feel it necessary to share my recommendations for all interested in a delightful vacation stay. The room was very nice, very clean, excellent food, and excellent choices, better than most hotels I've stayed at. Staff helpful and accommodating. Good atmosphere for all ages. A good get away!

Only spent one night here. Every room has a view of the Dead Sea and the hotel has a resort feel to it. When compared to some of the other 4 star properties in Israel, this one was well kept and maintained. Great location with panoramic views of the Dead Sea. Large rooms, but a bit worn and in need of renovation. Good and varied dinner and breakfast buffet, although even non-Jews have to deal with Old Testament eating regulations over Pesach, ie no bread! Very little we liked about this hotel. The rooms are big but need updating. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful. The spa staff was no better. The location was great .......the sea, the views. Not much more to do. I suggest you make a stop for a few hours then head over to Eilat!!
