I've been here for a two days business trip, and arrived late in the evening. The staff were frienly at the desk office and room service, where I asked a sandwich that came surprisingly crispy and tastefull. Room was clean, with confortable beds, but the installations in the bathroom were old. The shower was leaking and throwing water in all... More

We stayed here before and after a Pantanal trip. There isn't much around the hotel or in Cuiaba, but this hotel was perfect for rest and a meal before and after the tour. There is a restaurant, room service and a pool.

We arrived late in the evening, and left the following morning. The desk staff were friendly and helpful, with good English, the room was large and clean, with a good AC, and the bathroom was clean with a good shower. Breakfast was not bad at all, a good selection. It is perhaps not in the best part of town, and there... More

The Cuiaba outlet of this Dutch chain was inexpensive and had clean, budget-type rooms. I can't complain much except that its location is a bit far from some of the better restaurants in the area from our guidebook.... not much to do in the immediate area during regular business hours. The staff was friendly and very helpful in helping us... More

Rooms and hotel clean and tidy and staff very helpful and friendly. But there's a down side...Hotel located in what seemed to be an industrial/commercial area on a main road. Not close to any restaurants or things of interest, at least not within walking distance. Traffic noise all night long of all descriptions, including traffic accidents, emergency vehicles and 'racing... More

We stayed here before and after a tour of the Pantanal. It was wonderful to find a receptionist and a bellman who spoke English and who were extremely helpful! The air conditioned room was modern and clean--provided soap, shampoo and a hairdryer, too. There was a computer with fast internet to borrow. A nice breakfast came with the room and... More

After a full-on tour of the Pantanal that was excellent but tiring, this was just what we needed: a pristine, modern, international-style hotel with clean comfy beds and hot showers. The buffet breakfast was excellent and one young man at the front desk spoke very good English. The only slight thing that went wrong was that they seemed to lose... More

Our Tour Operator suggested that we stay at this hotel as our flyout was on the morning after our tour. The price was a little higher than we were planning to spend; but, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The food was reasonable, the place was clean, everything appeared new, but the thing that is always most important... More
