My family reserved rooms to stay so we could all be together before the MemSvc for their mother/grandmother. The first group to get there found hornets nest in the shower. We arrived on July 4 to the Long Vue to fine they didn't have our Non-Smoking room. We reserved one two weeks earlier. Spoke to Mgr and She said O-well that's all she had. My family of five stayed in two adjoining rooms here for one very snowy night. This little motel is thoughtfully appointed (free videos for the kids, grab bars in the bathtub, good sized new refrigerator) and beautifully maintained. We booked this room online through Orbitz on a Friday for a Saturday night stay. On Saturday, while traveling to this motel, I called to verify my reservation, they had it exactly as I'd booked it and said they would save it for me until I got there. An hour later I arrived and they were open and very friendly.... more
