Booked directly with the hote;. Location is good and outlets for food are good. But ...staying at the Radisson ...not recommended. Rooms need refurbishing, towels used are very bad and definitely not Radisson status. Moisturising lotion is months old and bed covers are old ....The elevator is ssssllllow . This hotel is great, we booked King Executive Room... the room was nice and modern, free tea/coffee facilities, comfy king bed and clean bathroom....food was great and good quality....good bar and pool...you don't even feel like you are in the Punjab until you stop out the door!! One big word of advice....if you are going from the UK...book this hotel... more

stayed at this hotel for a week in October. Hotel is very clean, has nice clean bathrooms(the thing i missed most about home!). I would suggest this hotel to everyone that goes, nice staff, nice pool, nice beauty treatments and good food. I would recomend booking online like i did to get a really good rate. Stayed for 3 nights whist attending a wedding locally. Jalandhar is a colourful and busy town though,. like so much of India, somewhat dusty and dirty.
