We spent 1 night in this hotel. Reception: a lot of people for checkin. At the reception they were friendly and helpful. Rooms: very clean and comfortable Breakfast: everything you can have....even smoked salmon. Very good ! Location: near the park. So perfect.

Stayed at the "Castillo Alcazar" Theme-Hotel for two nights in October with our 2 offspring (6 and 8). Location is part of the Europa-Park complex and shares lobby and entrance with 2 further hotels (very crowded mornings during check-in and out period). Main reason for hotel choice was its vicinity to park and the easy access it enables to park.... More

My wife and our 2 kids (6 and 11 years old) spent for the 2nd times 2 nights in Hotel Castillo Alcazar, in August 2011. We booked room 591, with view on the park. The room was large, well equiped (but no minibar !) and generally speaking very clean, compared to what you can see in Disneyland Paris for example.... More
