My wife and I stayed here in February 2008 with our son (1 year old). Apartments were clean, relatively large, nice furninshings, good kitchen facility. Basic gym downstairs. We stayed in a 2 bedroom ground-floor unit (room 8) for 2 nights in February 2009. At NZ$250 per night it was expensive but this price was justified by the view and quality of the furnishings and fittings. With the price split 4 ways it can even be judged a bargain.
