I stayed at this hotel because it was the most affordable I place I could find in the area. I booked a cheaper room in the older building in the back of the hotel. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived (even though we got there after 6pm!) so we had a choice of a room in the main building... more

delightfull inn, centrally located to town and beach. no car needed. staff at Inn is exceptional. No place better. They aim to please. tennis programs available which are taught by excellent pros. all nice and willing to accommate any desires you have to improve your game. My wife and I stayed here for a wknd and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The inn is very 'nice'- the rooms are clean and tspacious and the location is superb. But what makes the Grassmere especially "nice" is Peter and his wonderful staff who go beyond the call of duty in attending to the guests individual needs. more

Enjoyed being hosted by Peter-kind, intelligent and eager to accommodate. The rooms are modest but clean and the new renovation is looking very nice. For those who are Sabbath observant.. Peter surprised us by having candles set up for us to light. The rates are very reasonable and the location is excellent. more

Wow! If you are looking for customer service and a great time in a friendly environment, this would be the place! Casual, relaxed accommodations allow you to feel right at home, as if in your very own beach house. Westhampton Beach has tons to offer, we needed more time! Accommodations? This Inn feels like you're staying at a friends house - if they had a large old house that was a little worn around the edges and you stopped by while they were away.
