Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I moved around a lot in the past couple of years due to school purposes and not finding that right room mate. So, from time to time I like to travel in to the city and visit the sites and sounds. I thought this hotel was a good find, but it was not. Too expensive for the area. You be better off heading out to Up State or out on the Island for a find that may offer more like a gym or even breakfast services at no extra charge....they don't off any other services and your lucky if you get extra towels. :( Make sure they don't double charge you......and Happy Traveling........

I definitely survived. Only stay here if you must. The hygiene is so bad. Carpet stains... Don't get me started on the bedsheets. I moved into a room previously occupied because I badly needed Internet. Sheets were not changed and will not be changed til I check out. Am here for about 7 days. .. Oh dear me. If you must stay here, only come through when your exhausted. We found a good diner called Nevada for our meals. No breakfast here. The staff here are not very keen on keeping customers. Its a take it or leave depending on whom you get at reception. The only good thing is the hot water. I would not come back here. No ways..

This place is full of street people who come for short time sex and you hear those sex sounds all over the place it's disturbing. Rooms are smelly cigarettes and dirt. Sheets are dirty. The reception is horrible and no room service at all. You dont even feel safe putting up at this motel. I would never recommend it for any sane folks out there.

Worst place ever. A staff member came into my room while I was sleeping believing the room was empty, there was a fight outside my room, police-ambulance-firefighter showed up and i was just trying to get a little rest. So tourists...never ever ever stay here.

The first room that I had had no working heat and there were few channels of the TV set. Asked them to change rooms. The carbon monoxide detector kept beeping due to low batteries. The staff was not the most polite. Oh well.
