We also had a negative experience when we stopped and inquired about room availability and rates.

We feel that we were treated very rudely and actually felt like we were being talked down to.

Needless to say, we did not choose to stay at this property and would never recommend it to any of our family, friends or business associates. more

I had the unfortunate luck to reserve a room at Riverbend Lodging. Do not stay at this horrible
facility. It is NOT kid friendly. Jack and Julie Wadkins should not be in the hospitality business.
We had just checked in and called to ask for help with the TV. Mrs Wadkins came over
with a very bad attitude and said that we messed it up. All we did was turn it on. Mr Wadkins
called my young nephews everything from stupid to things that I am not allowed to type on this review,. It was the worst experience I have ever had as a paying guest at a motel. He refused to give us a final bill They were so rude and made
our vacation one that we can't wait to forget.
DON'T STAY AT THE RIVERBEND 470 HWY 19 SOUTH BRYSON CITY, NC.
