Got the room on Hotwire for a great price and was pleasantly surprised. The property is in a great location and is well-taken care of. The room was large and clean. Wifi worked great. Bathroom was large, clean, and very nice. Lots of towels. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. The staff was nice and helpful. I asked to... more

Based on reviews and past stays at Hampton Inns, I expected more. The breakfast selection couln't have been better. The hotel itself seemed old, but updated. I can't put my finger on what wasn't right. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but outside and hallway noises were easily heard. The staff was the least friendly we encountered... more

We recently traveled from Dallas to Raleigh North Carolina for pleasure, and spent 5 nights at the Hampton in Cary. We were shocked to find out the hotel is 20 years old, because it is so well maintained. The hotel has a breakfast buffet (free) each morning, and the there is a nice assortment of things to eat. The most... more

This Hampton was pretty uneventful. After the 20th Hampton of the year, I guess they all start to look the same. Unfortunately, there wasn't much to report here. A decent property, with a bed to sleep in. No problems, but nothing to write home about. more

We stayed on a Saturday night, on our way to the Carolina coast. Excellent location, just off of I-40. A beautiful facility, very friendly and helpful staff! The rooms were very clean and spacious, as is the entire hotel! Lobby is open and inviting, with free Internet adjacent (free wireless in rooms, too). The complimentary breakfast is the best "free"... more

Not just because I had horrific car troubles and they helped me find a mechanic, order dinner, upgraded my room, etc. Once my problems were solved, I noticed the level of service that was happening around me constantly. People always bustling, cleaning and very friendly. Plus, it's probably the biggest and plushest lobby I've ever seen. Love the leather couches,... more

Hampton Inns are the inexpensive properties within the Hilton chain. You can usually expect consistent quality among the properties. This one had a slight odor hint throughout (maybe from the popcorn at night or making all those breakfasts in the lobby) and even the room did not smell fresh. However, the room was clean and comfortable. There was free breakfast... more

I have certain expectations from certain hotel chains, such as Hampton Inn, and this property met them all. The location was convenient, just off US highways 1 & 64 and within walking distance to Western Wake hospital. There was ample free parking, and a chain restaurant (O'Charley's) immediately adjacent. The check in was quick and uneventful, the room was high... more
