We got to the hotel hours before our check-in time and the 1st staff member didn't want to help us with checking-in early, The second staff member helped us and gave us a room that matched our pre-paid reservation. The room was very nice and clean. The pillows were awesome! I would recommend staying there!! more

Needed one night close to airport. The price was right and the Hyatt was amazing! The price was lower than a lot of lower class hotels. Great staff, loved the room, quiet, quick trip to airport, safe location.......I plan to stay again next weekend. more

Great room at a good price. Was shocked to learn that there were no stores or restaurants open in the area. was informed that the hotel is in a business park and that the restaurants close on weekends!
