We had a wonderful experience here. The hotel is very nice, extremely clean, great accommodations.. Their cookies are excellent, very addicting!!!! The staff very friendly and helpful, yet professional!

I stayed during the week and found a good rate for this well rated hotel. Nice room and friendly staff.....only thing....it cost $13 to park daily and they charge for breakfast. Doubt I will stay again but if that doesn't bother you then its a nice place to stay.

Went down to visit my daughter at JCSU and this was the hotel they recommended. Loved it. I was there around homecoming weekend and had a great visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Very spacious rooms.

The front desk staff, the cleaners and the restaurant staff were all very courteous, efficient and helpful. Stayed here for one night on business. Really great hotel, nice rooms and a good gym. The only thing I wasn't keen on was the super shallow bath - like taking a bath in a puddle! But no big deal in the grand scheme of things. A great night's sleep.

This is a significantly over priced hotel...it is badly in need of a revitalization...I have referred Double Tree to Blake Surface Solutions in Bartlett, Tn. This company specializes in hotel/motel make overs; and, can re-do the rooms of this over priced hotel to give your customers a room that exceeds the value of the room rate. Steve Ruble

The hotel is some 6-7 blocks away from uptown and next door to Johnston & Wales. Nice reception area with an adjacent bar and restaurant. The rooms have a modern feel and is pretty cool. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is nice, nothing over the top besides the service which was really nice.

The room design not very attractive with the lime green. Beds/pillows not great. Not very impressive overall but farely clean. Food is pretty good and cookies are delicious. You won't be wow'ed at all and especially not for the price but overall it's an ok stay.
