This was a devastating and thankfully isolated report by this guest and we deeply regret her experience. Our front desk was correct in offering to move her the night they arrived. The purpose of that was two fold; First, to quickly relocate the guest to other more comfortable quarters and Second, management and housekeeping can then investigate and resolve any...

Room was very nice and spacious, and very clean. The bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows. Internet access was spot-on, had no trouble connecting with my wireless laptop. The only problem I had was not related in any way to the hotel - pizza delivery took over two hours! Loved the place, and have it booked again for a weekend... more

We deeply regret this guest's experience while staying at our hotel. The auto theft was the only incidence of its kind in our history and we have since installed 24/7 security. We did experience difficulty in securing the new curved shower rods last year. Due to their design they required additional hardware within the walls and the problems were quickly...

Nice stay. Large spacious room, with separate sitting area. Had a fridge, microwave and sink. Room kind of outdated, small tv, and had a ladybug guest. But overall, room was clean, bathroom was clean, nice and peaceful. Good service. Located close to many restaurants. Would stay here again. more
