This ALoft is a nice hotel. Clean, modern and a great location. However - if you need to sleep before 3AM - DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. There are Bars and Nightclubs just below and beside the Hotel that pump out LOAD music until 2 AM OR later EVERY night of the week. The music isn't bad - just... More

Dear Jaybuck411, Let me start by thanking you for the favorable comments regarding the parts of your stay that we have control over. The "nice and clean" portion of your comments are appreciated. As for the noise...I am sorry that the goings-on outside in the EpiCentre affected your otherwise positive experience. There are times and seasons when the commotion is... More

Room service frugal at best and non existent in reality. The trashcan had some medicine bottle left over by the previous guy Pathetic Gym. Sofa/couch had hmm suspicious white stains Could hear my neighbors getting it on every time they got it on. (Dude, she likes it gentle, could you not hear her say "easy easy" so many times?) Shower... More

I stayed here over Halloween weekend. While I expected some noise due to the location and the weekend's activities. However, the walls are really really thin here and you can hear lots of noise from other rooms and outside. While a pretty good value, you get what you pay for: few amenities, bed & pillows not so comfortable, and a... More

The hotel is in a great location and the staff was pleasant. The room was interesting - the bed faced the windows which was a little annoying in the morning and the closet was very small but I liked the shower and sink. More

I've stayed at this hotel 2 times in the past month and just booked my 3rd visit for 2 months from now. I love the modern feel of the hotel from the lobby that makes you feel like you are in someone's living room to the snack bar that makes you feel like you are a kid in a candy... More

We stayed in this hotel for a short business trip. The hotel is OK, but very difficult to find and park your car. The parking fee is $20 and you cannot get your car in and out of the garage. The room was very average for the price and the bed was not very comfortable. Our air conditioner barely worked... More

Dear Potential Charlotte Aloft Hotel Guests, This is a lovely hotel. I get what they are doing here, and I think it's pretty darn cool. There are, however, several things to keep in mind when booking a room here. Wonderful things about the hotel: - High ceilings with great views of the skyline - Large shower that includes dispensers of... More

I stayed here back in August and i struggled to find a cheap place to park...the hotel offers valet but at $20 plus tips...well, I decided to go for the BB&T parking deck across the road, it's just $5 after five and there are other parking areas too...that are within a safe walking distance...there are also some coined parking spaces... NOISY- particularly through the room walls (and I wear ear plugs). On a weekend this place was a giant party. Our friend on the 5th floor said he could hear the club bass all night. I would not recommend for families or older people that want quiet. The lobby was like some sort of bad nightclub on Saturday night. The... More

I attempted to book a group block for a tailgate group coming in town for a NFL game. For an entire week I was back and forth with group sales discussing hotel policies, room rates, sport bar locations etc... As I got ready to ask for a contract I was told that they needed to have the exact arrival and... More
