I was looking for a cheaper place to stay close to the Charlotte Airport and found this smaller but very pleasant place. I needed to work on internet and that worked very well (have my own laptop). They offered free calls all over the USA, which is exactly what I needed. Breakfast with waffles. It was no problem for me... more
The rooms were very clean, enjoyed the continental breakfast and the transport to and from the airport was exceptional. This was all greatly apprecited before and after the long trip. The beds were also very comfortable. Thank you! more
The genuine courtesy of Danielle & others of the Microtel staff was icing on the cake. It was an excellent room at the right price. We take for granted free wi-fi these days, but here's a perk for you: free local AND long distance telephone [isn't that unheard of ?]. Waffle house almost next door. more

Just wanted to tell you that we enjoyed our stay with you. The young lady at the front desk (Krissy) was so very nice and helped us find a restaurant that we wanted to go to. Also, she gave us directions to the airport from that restaurant. Please know that we truely appreciate the quality of this young staff member... more

This motel was very conveniently located to the tourist areas we planned to visit. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Although our room was smoke free and clean, it still had a somewhat smoky odor. Live in Virginia and use Charlotte airport as primary. Stayed once in December and left auto while in Cancun. Stayed twice in May and left auto while in Oregon. Room was clean on all three occasions and security of auto excellent. (Out front and under lights) Sam and all desk clerks are very courteous and helpful and correct any problems... more

I stayed there overnight on the way home from Antigua. The free shuttle to and from the airport was great, and the hotel is situated very close to the airport. The hotel was very clean, the room although small was very clean with a queen sized bed. There was free coffee when I arrived and free internet. The breakfast the... more
