Booked the room for a special night ... Romantic get away. The Hotel was very clean and well kept. Room Service was very efficient and prompt. Staff was very helpful and curtious. We had a small wedding and a one night honeymoon.. and decided just to stay in Charlotte. Our friend got us a great discount! When we got there they had roses and champagne and strawberries set out for us! It was very romantic! The room service was great and it was a great location!! Very Clean! more

I have been to many omni and this one seemed like a junky marriott. From the beginning you get in you have to take an elevator to the lobby which too forever because there were only 2 working. If you are going to this hotel for girls/guys night/weekend out, then this might be the hotel for you. Upscale, luxurious right smack in the middle of the action of downtown Charlotte.
