After having a bit of trouble with the parking we got inside. The parking situation was a bit confusing. Valet parking was $18/ day there. The location of this hotel was excellent, centrally located to everything. The rooms were very clean. The beds, however, were extremely uncomfortable. For a banking city, I expected the rooms to be larger to accommodate business travelers. The room we had had two double beds that were very comfortable. Stayed overnight with my wife on a layover in Charlotte. The staff was friendly...front desk, bell, door, valet staff were prompt and professional. The room was very nice and comfortable.
