Stayed here 2 nights and was very comfortable. The room and bed were fine and it was very quiet on the 5th floor. Other than the shelf in the shower being loose and about ready to fall it was not too bad. All staff were very friendly. more

We stayed in this hotel one night (May 2006). The front desk and breakfast staff were excellent! They were friendly and accommodating. The only problem was the cost. We paid over $150 and the hotel is basically a Hampton Inn- although WITHOUT the nice new Hampton Inn beds, without the free breakfast, and double the price. The room was adequate... more

My family stayed here for one night as we were driving through, we got in late, they new me by name because I had made a reservation. Gave us 2 complimentary waters. Very Clean, inexpensive, will probably stay here from now on going between Cleveland and HHI. more
