Clean rooms and recently renovated but one side of the hotel is literally on the on ramp to a major highway. If noise disturbs you, make sure that you get a room away from the highway. more

Most of the staff is indifferent. Excerise room is only open from 6:00AM - 11:00 PM. I excerise early (5:00 AM) and the hotel staff was very, very hostile when they found me in the room at 5:45. I requested a waiver from the manager but was ignored. The shower water is not "hot" and can be described as "warm".... more

This is a good property - I stay here everytime I am in Charlotte. I ignored the warning on the Hilton website that the hotel is under construction. They are recarpetting and wallpapering the joint. It is a mess tought to get through the materials and workers in the halls and elevators. I would avoid this property until contruction is... more
