Arrived and checked in after reserving a Non-Smoking Room. Was sent to 3rd floor and immediately upon exiting elevator, there was a strong odor of smoking on this floor. We stayed here for one night between flights and even the flight crew we drove in with said this place was a dump. Our room stunk of smoke, the furniture was falling apart and the check in lady was really bothered to get her personal call interrupted by us arriving. Find another place, smell alone was digusting. more
