We wanted a special place to spend our Anniversary before meeting friends for the week at the beach and this was IT! Our host was helpful and sweet and made us feel at home. The morning view and beautiful grounds made our morning very special. We would recommend this wonderful home to anyone!!! more

Great place for a quite getaway for adults, the home is very elegant inside with lots of antiques. With this in mind,its not the best place for kids. The home is very easy to find and very close to the beach,only about 4 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay and will be going back again soon. more
First, the good: -rates are fairly reasonable - we paid only $140/night. -B&B offers free soda and water to guests -only a 5 minute drive to the beach Now, the bad: -the B&B itself is quite modest. In response to "Avoid the Baldview"...The room that was referrred to IS NOT an extention of the garage.It is next to the garage.There is not a trace of mildew in that room.Our rooms are decorated in original antiques ,perhaps that was what you smelt.We open up our home and try to make guests feel comfortable by treating them like friends...
This is a very nice property, both inside and out. Antique furnished rooms tell a story of the original owners of the property, as do a lovingly prepared scrapbook and other memorabilia located about the house.
