1) Staff are very unfriendly too focused on doing their jobs than being customer focused. 2) Housekeeping sucks--i stayed for 4 days and 2 of the 4 days the room was only half made up. its like they started to clean and make the bed and just stopped. 3) The hotel does not have laundry machines available or even snack... more

My husband and I booked a room through Hotwire for March 13, 2008. We were primarily seeking a decent (clean/safe/full service) hotel close to the airport that offered a park-and-fly option. We were pleased with our stay and would stay at this hotel again for the same or comparable price. I read the Trip Advisor reviews after booking and was... more

Room was dingy. For some reason the lights in the room were not up to the task...so a dull/tired room was also dark. Not worth the money - seek alternates. more

I stayed here twice this month. The hotel is okay, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. Coming into the clean lobby, the first thing I smelled was smoke. I thought they didn't allow smoking in building, but I was wrong. I never saw anyone smoking, but the smell was there. I was on the 2nd floor each time... more

Sometimes Hotwire works well and some times it doesn't. This hotel uses Hotwire to sell their smoking room inventory. They don't give you a choice in the matter. Thus, they put myself, my wife and my two young toddlers in a smoking room. When we immediately requested another room, we were told they were sold out. Management is totally unsympathetic... more

This hotel was awful! We were booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 2. We couldn’t get away fast enough. The room was small, cramped, and set up awkwardly. My husband actually ended up banging his knee pretty badly because of the way the dresser and TV armoire were situated. Their room service was ridiculously overpriced. We ended up... more

Stayed in this hotel for two nights in May 07. I had booked for 7 nights but started looking for an alternative residence within hours of arrival. Small rooms, not cleaned ( I had the previous occupants trash still in the room, noisy air conditioning, shabby decor, no working vending machine, room not made up on second day of stay... more

I booked this hotel through Priceline and then read negative reviews on TripAdvisor. It's really not a bad place and a good value for the money. The Wyndham is right off of Interstate 40 and easy to find. It's also 5 minutes from the airport. The Wyndham's outdoor pool was relatively small but nice and open late (11 pm on... more

All I can say is dull, broing, and tired. This place is outdated, sleepy and needs a makeover. The places screams 1985. It's not horrible, it's not dirty, it's just not up to par with the competition right down the street. The beddding is old, the carped is torn up and there are scuff marks on the walls. The bathroom... more

I stayed at this Wyndham Hotel one night in early March '07 at the corporate rate. The airport shuttle was at the airport as I arrived to the boarding zone, so I didn't need to wait. The 5 minute drive to the hotel was pleasant, and the driver was quite helpful with everyones luggage. Checkin was easy, and we were... more
