The property is very clean and convenient to RDU and research triangle. Rooms have recently been redone. We were in a room across from the elevator and heard no noise, though I don't think the hotel was very busy that night. Polite staff, clean room, excellent breakfast, good value for your money. Children enjoyed the free cookies in the evening. Room rate was booked on Convention and Visitors Bureau website for $60.00. On the downside there are no restaurants within walking distance and no swimming pool, although there were business cards and information on nearby restaurants in the lobby. more

Stayed overnight here in March 2004. This hotel seemed like new, although I believe it is a few years old. Rooms, halls, exercise room, and breakfast area all very clean and well maintained.
