“AVOID AT ALL COST”

We stayed here on our way to Asheville. Since this is a national chain we expected at the very least a clean room. The bathtub was covered in mildew, the blankets were ratty and full of holes, the towels were equally ratty and looked like they had been used in a car wash. A few of the many problems I experienced during my stay: - No hot water (had to switch rooms after staff could not fix the problem) - A large rat drinking water that was dripping on the ground just outside another guest's room - No working fan in bathroom, leaving the room foggy after a shower - Broken smoke detector... more
