Stayed over the weekend. It was perfect. Staff was awesome, room was beautiful and spotless. Breakfast was basic but real good eggs bacon breads etc. High speed internet was fine. Area felt safe. Didn't use pool but there was one, whirlpool bath was nice. I would use this hotel anytime and confused how they only have 2 stars. more

Stayed from Dec 18 to Dec 19. Went to Fayetteville to pick up my daughter for the Christmas Holidays. Traveled with Grandma (my Mom), my wife, our 2 young kids and picked up my 5 year old. We didn't have a reservation and my Mom walked in(around 11PM) and got a rate of $124, which was better than the internet... more

I am a wheelchair-bound paraplegic. Do not book a room here if you are too. On September 11, my daughter-in-law booked a "handicapped" room by phone here only 2 hours in advance of my arrival. Booked this stay online through Holiday Inn Express corporate website. Received price quote. Upon arrival, staff increased my rate. Stated the website did not advertise the correct price. After contacting corporate offices and reporting this, I was refunded the overcharge. Deal with caution here. There are plenty of nicer hotels in the area at a better cost in nicer neighborhoods. more
