This was a horrible experience for me and my husband. The room was half way cleaned and the housekeepers were very rude. After a 9 day stay there was no attempt to clean our room (even though the housekeeper claimed otherwise). I had to pull teeth to get our room cleaned. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I had is that the receptionist was a little rude. But other than that I had a good stay and would stay again. more

We made reservations on line and got there to find out we didn't have a smoking room, but they found us one....it happened to be a handicapped room, which actually was just fine with me since I have trouble walking stairs with my bad knees....The room was clean, bed a little too soft for me but nice, kitchenette was great... more
