I'm concerned about the issues you experienced at our hotel during your recent visit. As you already know the Henderson Police Department has already been contacted in regards to your issue. After reviewing the tapes the Henderson Police Department and our General Manger could not confirm this incident happened on our premises. We are still very sympathetic towards your situation....
