Looked at previous reviews and thought it might have been a good place to stay, but it's not quite. Room was dirty, I don't think floor was cleaned, for sure, they didn't wipe table, nightstands, etc. I can see all stains on them, yuck! Bathroom was not even clean, sink wasn't clean. Torn towels. We stayed here for 4 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday and found the hotel to be very clean with an excellent staff. We stayed at the Ramada for 2 nights in October and it was a decent place to stay. We stayed in the Days Inn last year and it was a dump so we decided to give The Ramada a chance and are glad we did. Nice hotel. It has been recently remodeled and everything was fresh and bright. Room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Free wireless worked well and I noticed a computer in the lobby for guests to use. Nice breakfast layout -- the waffles were terrific! more

Ignore those reviews from 2007 and before. This hotel is quite nice. Newly renovated, and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. I've never written a review before, but this property was worth the effort. We will definitely stay there again. more

My husband, our dog, and I stayed over Memorial Day weekend. The room was clean and nice. The front desk wasn't real friendly but were ok. This was a nice little hotel that we stayed at just before our stay at Biltmore Estate. We thought this was a very nice place...even though they were just being renovated. The staff was very polite and the breakfast was really good as well. We'll return to this property if we're in the area again. more
