What a pleasure to write a glowing recommendation for this picturesque B&B. The accommodations were better than we have ever experienced. The working farm provided lots to learn about, from family history to animal husbandry. Mary White is a history buff and welcoming hostess, not to mention an incredible cook! She even shared a bag of her freshly roasted peanuts... more

We have just returned from our second visit to Springfield B&B. The home has been in the same family since the 1890's and the pride and love is evident everwhere. My family has stayed in all of the rooms which are beautifully decorated with antiques and comfortable chairs. The mattresses are exceptional. The private bathrooms are clean and modern with... more
