We stayed here again this week to visit my wife's family. Outside the grounds are well tended and neat. Inside everything in the hotel is kept clean from the lobby, to the breakfast area, to our room and the hallways and stairs. Hotel, rooms clean, quite...easy check in. Breakfast was a bit congested...people waiting for their food to heat/cook and others trying to make selections. Would help if there was a way to open up some space. Have stayed here a number of years and will continue to do so.

We had a very nice stay here this spring. The price was great and the room very nice. Our room was quiet and the new duvets and pillows were an improvement. A decent selection for breakfast including waffles and hard boiled eggs.

I make it a point to stay at the Best Western in Hickory, NC when I am in town on business. I am treated with a snack for being a diamond reqrd member.
