I got an excellent military discount. I had to leave early due to an emergency and the manager let me cancel the other nights I paid for. The people who worked there were friendly. My room was clean. There was coffee in the morning (I would have been happier with a continental breakfast).

“Update”

As an update to the previous review I wrote, my brother an I left the hotel after an hour due to the deplorable and unsanitary conditions. The overnight employee Yolanda was nice and immediately cancelled our reservation. We were refunded completely.

Good basic hotel room, no frills. Kitchen applicances and tv work. Friendly staff. Have stayed here several times in the past year when home fills up with family during the holidays. Check in at any hour. Would definitely stay there again.

We have had some renovations during the last 14 years, and it is a continued process to update carpeting, furniture, etc as budgets allow. “Worst hotel i have ever stayed in”

Room dirty whole hotel smells like smoke...dated...dishes dirty...i cant find one good thing...worst yet 189 a night....i just stayed in the hard rock in chicago for less...suck and even after i complained nothing to bad ....booooo...learned a lesson today...ohh yeah this is a 2 star or less....blue collar for sure

I wanted to say that this hotel is comfortable. I have stayed several times and always enjoy it. I like the services they are always prompt. I always make this hotel my place to stay when I am in high point. I will tell all of my friends and coworkers about Crestwood.

“Great Service Comfy Room.”

People were the friendliest of friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and there was even a small kitchen with dishes silverware, pots and pans provided. Also close to many restaurants and Wal-Mart, which was very convenient.

This place was so cool! I don't know why people would say that this plac is bad because it is definately a awesome place to stay. it was really cheap and i could get takeout and stuff and whenever i asked the people who work their to help they helped me out.
