I was told that there is some slight music from the lounge. LIES. I would have been better off sleeping in my car. I write this at 12:42am and I am still hearing the base from the lounge and the club they have there. Not only does the club have loud base music but the parking lot looks and sounds... more

This place is disgusting, the rooms are dirty, the bathroom stinks and I would never, ever recommend this place. The staff needs to learn customer service. more

One of our rooms had a body impression in the wall and you could see into the wall. awfull smell they let us look at another... more

We travel over 200 days a year so I am familar with hotel customer service. This was the worst experience ever. I had booked this hotel through ExPedia which seemed to start the problem. After checking in at 4PM we left to join our son returning from Afganistan. We returned around 9:30 to find that the AC had frozen up... more

Had no room when I showed up, despite having a confirmation number. They said my card had been declined and sold the room. Due to a USMC unit redeployinment, all the other hotels were booked. When asked why they hadn't informed me earlier, they stated their policy was to run it that day (meaning the day you were traveling) and... more

I stayed for a long weekend to visit my son at the Marine base nearby. The hotel was filthy, they refused to change my sheets, even after I asked twice, and there were barfights at the bar establishment downstairs. At one point, some drunken guest tried to get into my room. My complaints were met with excuses. I will never... more

We rented a family suite for $165 a night that had two beds and a sofa couch. The front desk would only give us 1 blanket and one pillow for the couch. When I booked it I told them we had 2 adults and 4 teens. The front desk told me after I arrived that I WAS ONLY ALLOWED 3... more

Don't judge motel based on appearance of 4th floor hallway once you get off the elevator! That first impression needs a SERIOUS upgrade. Room was nice & clean. Comfortable king bed, fresh cotton sheets and quilted cotton blanket, 4 pillows. Large refrigerator & microwave in room. Bathroom and shower a bit small but good for price of room (about $75).... more

The room was okay, not great, not awful--we stayed in a King room. It had refrigerator, microwaver, recliner in room. The recliner was filthy with crumbs along the arm of it. The bathroom was clean, but small. As my husband checked out, I ran to the bathroom in the lobby before we headed out househunting and it was so filthy... more
