We stayed at this motel for over a week. Overall we liked the motel, but their housekeeping was so slow and barely did any cleaning. After a while we had to clean the rooms ourselves since housekeeping didn't touch anything. The rooms were very nice and clean (at least when you first check in). The laundry room was very dirty... more
Fine hotel, VERY comfortable bed, good free breakfast. (Could've done with more fruit options, and the eggs weren't great, but the cinnamon rolls were very good and the other options were fine.) more
This is a great hotel all around, clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and the complimentary manager's reception was a plus, I would recommend anyone who travels the Concord / Kannapolis area to stay here. more
This hotel was pretty good. The guy at the front desk kind of pressured me to sign up for some kind of Priority Club that awards points for when you stay at the hotel... even rolled his eyes when I said no thanks. THEN proceeded to tell me that he gets a commission for each person who signs up so... more
