Although this would have been our fifth trip there (they have only been open a year) we had to cancel due to my father passing away. I gave Doris a weeks notice and she was able to rent our space to someone else, she still refused to refund $150.00. and was very cold about everything. We won't be back. more

We stayed at First Flight because they offer part week rental of condos. We had a one bedroom condo on the side which had a great beach view, but also a view of 4 houses next store with their pools and patios. It was never quiet, as many as 20 people would be looking up at us on our balcony.... more

It has been a wonderful vacation with our grandchildren. We stayed in a beautiful, new condo (First Flight Retreat) in Kill Devil Hills - oceanfront with large decks, washer/dryer and beautiful stainless-steel and granite kitchen. This was our first trip to the Outer Banks. We loved it and plan to return very soon. The First Flight Retreat condominiums are very nice. Not crowded. Lots of room. Nice beach with a lifeguard just in front of the resort. more
