This is a brand-new hotel right off the highway. Not much infrastructure in the immediate vicinity otherwise. The rooms are lovely, with the flat screened TVs an unexpected treat, though cable channels seemed somewhat limited. There's not much to see or do in Lexington, but there is the Childress Vineyard located right next to this Holiday Inn. Wow is all I have to say. If the sign didnt say Holiday Inn Express, I would have never known. The rooms are extrememly upper class, designed very well.. Very posh looking. Flat screen TV's and Free internet access in the rooms. Staff was extremely courteous and professional. more

I've been looking forward to this Holiday Inn Express to open when for quite some time. It's the best and newest hotel in Lexington, NC. Located on the grounds of the Richard Childress Vineyards, the building and location is quite spectacular.
