We spent the night here on our way from PA to FL and were very impressed. The room was nicely decorated, clean and included a mini-fridge and microwave. GREAT location, easy to find. Although we arrived too late to use the pool it looked very nice. Breakfast was the usual "continental breakfast" fare - they could use an additional waffle... more

Having done the I-95 slog between Florida and New Jersey for a number of years, I'm always looking for a decent pet-friendly hotel -- harder to find than you think. Overall this property is above average. Rooms are recently updated, so wear and tear is minimal. My room smelled fresh and was very clean. Bedding and beds were much better... more

It’s a pet friendly older hotel but it’s been updated nicely. Though it’s been renovated it felt like it could use a good cleaning. Just felt dirty and kinda smelly. It’s close to the highway but the rooms are quiet. There appears to be several restaurants nearby, we saw an Outbacks and Texas Roadhouse, and I’m sure there are some... more

I'm a very particular person when it comes to staying in hotels. This is a great pet friendly hotel. There was no odour of a dog having been in the room prior to us. I have a Siberian Husky which does not have a dog odour and am very sensitive to pet odours. The front desk staff was very helpful... more

Nice, modern, clean room with a comfortable king bed and also a sofa. The Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn and Comfort Suites just down the road (all of these hotels are on the same street, the name changes from Jackson Court to Wintergreen) were quoted $20+/night more expensive than the Best Western, and I can't imagine they were worth the extra... more

We had called this hotel while on the road to check out the rates and availability. I was quoted a price and called back later that day to book the rooms. However, we were surprised to find out that the rates had gone up in just three hours. They refused to honor the original rates. more

I'm a very particular person when it comes to staying in hotels and I prefer ones that don't allow pets. However, on my trip to Florida we had to settle for the Best Western that does accept pets (unfortunately). This one though was different. I did not have one problem with this room. The staff was very nice and polite... more

Let me first say that I work for a Best Western in Florida. I was a walk in guest to this Best Western in Lumberton. I always stop in Lumberton on my way to or From NY. I usually stay at the Hampton Inn. I thought I'd give BW a try since I would consider any BW property my "sister"... more

We stopped off here recently on route to Charleston. We simply called up for a rate and got a AAA rate for around $89 per night. The hotel was very clean, rooms & bathroom especially were spotless. The kitchenette was a little dated (microwave was pretty old) and one of the beds was ok, the other very saggy in the... more
