Hotel was rundown & in desperate need of major renovations! Our room was filthy & smelly. Maid service was at a minimum...no clean towels, bed linen, soap or glasses. A/C was noisy & leaked. Stayed here 1 night. Hotel is right on the freeway and is starting to look run down. There are lots of other budget hotels in the vicinity that are cleaner and newer, which probably explains why the place was hardly occupied. This place needs major renovation, but given the local competition my guess is that it will close down eventually.... more

Nice, friendly and clean!! No problems, stayed 3 nights. Very accomodating. Close to everything you could ever want; shopping, restaurants, EVERYTHING NASCAR (why they nickenamed it Race City USA) Lake Norman - you name it!! All more than reasonable prices!!! Affordable vacation. more
