Stayed here on and off for 5 months. Staff are very friendly and accomodating, the hotel is located right beside I-77. It's a relatively new road so some old GPS machines won't find the street. So print some directions online just in case. There's a few restaurants by the hotel, Jeffrey's is good but a bit pricey. Parking is free. Hotel is typically not busy on weekends unless there's some Nascar event in Charlotte. It's busy during the week as there are several companies located close by. more

I travel to Mooresville about once a month and am thrilled to see some new hotels in the area. My thoughts about the Hilton Garden Inn are as follows:

PROS:

GREAT location! I much prefer this area to the "main" strip of Mooresville (Hwy 150). There are some restaurants/shops just within a short walk in the parking lot of the hotel. Hwy 150 & the Williamson Road area for restaurants & shopping is also just a short mile or two away.

The hotel is new which is always a nice "plus". The staff was friendly and housekeeping was timely and thorough.

The bed "appears" very hard when you first sit on it, but it turned out to be very comfortable to sleep on.

The hotel offers room service and a full breakfast area. Ample free parking.

There is no "bar" per se in the hotel; however, they do have a small little area set up in the lobby that serves cocktails. I did not stop in, but it... more
