I would recommend this Holiday Inn Express even though I experienced a small problem. My initial room was next to the elevator and was extremely noisy. I asked to be moved and had no problems. I do feel that the receptionist knew that the first room I was put in would be noisy so I do find fault in that.... more

Since the first time I stayed in the hotel, I decided that was going to be the place for me to stay when I go to Charlotte. Employees are friendly and service oriented and the place is quiet and enjoyable. more
