Enjoyed staying at the Double Tree in New Bern the other night. The view of the river and marina was great. The room was large and comfortable. The staff were very accomodating. Very convenient to all the sights in New Bern.

I always stay here when I came to the New Bern area. I am a Hilton diamond so I always get two free drink tickets and free breakfast. The rooms are normal, bed is comfortable, bathroom is very small and bathtubs are always rusting. Good thing I am short b/c the ceilings in the tub are very low. Nice Sunrise... More

Could have been nicer accommodations for the price, too much, but there weren't any rooms left in the area, we were at their mercy. No complimentary breakfast for a $200/ night room?? I expected better from Double Tree, better service, better food, more than 1 bell-hop & cart.

Expected an upgrade from Sheraton but no change. Rooms look the same. King rooms were small compared to most other hotels. Bathrooms need upgrades. Tub has rust in it. Will stay elsewhere next time. Live jazz on the weekends was a plus and was nice to relax outside and unwind.

You hotel was nice but take some lessons from Wyndham, you will get repeat customers. To me that is showing your customers appreciation for using your hotel. Free buffet breakfast is a small price to pay for the rewards you will reap in the long run.

Pro's-Comfortable bed, quality bedding & towels, lighting in bath was good, grab bar in tub, entry was spacious with coffee pot, microwave & refrig. and large desk with many outlets. My husband and I stayed at this hotel during a trip to New Bern for a friend's wedding. The hotel has a nice view of the water. The room and bathroom were beautiful and immaculately clean. We had a very nice stay.
