We have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time was without incident. The second time (June 2009) they charged my credit card 161.00 that shouldn't have been. I called the management and they promptly credited my account. I was happy with how quickly they fixed it. The hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable. more

We wanted to see a bit of Raleigh while looking at NCSU. The Hyatt Place was a great choice, very clean, spacious, with comfy beds, and a good breakfast. We were right next to the elevator, but never heard it. Our son loved the very large HDTV. Raleigh won my heart! more
